The Cipherpoint Group
The Cipherpoint Group is focussed on enabling our teams to improve the security posture of our customers through optimising what they have and augmenting where needed with managed and professional services. Our best of breed security operations centre and highly trained operations teams monitor customer environments to allow quick and effective response to incidents. Our advisory team helps to determine and implement “reasonable steps” identify and mitigate cyber risk, utilising industry best practice standards such as the NIST framework and ASD Essential 8.

Graham Mirabito
Non-Executive Director
Graham Mirabito has over 35 years’ experience in the information technology industry including 10 years in engineering and 25 years in sales, marketing, operations, mergers, acquisitions and general management. Graham has held senior roles at Telstra as MD Telstra Europe and EVP Telstra Asia.
Graham’s previous role for 12 years was as CEO of RP Data, which he took public on the ASX in 2006 and was acquired by strategic shareholder CoreLogic in 2011. His last executive role was as CEO CoreLogic International, responsible for operations in Australia, Asia and UK.
Graham is also an Independent Board Director at Harcourts International (real estate group), Auscred (online mortgage broker), and Archistar (property generative design).
Graham holds an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology.

Executive Chairman & Managing Director
Ted is a widely recognised senior technology and telecommunications executive with significant experience in complex networks, data hosting and security, as well as a deep knowledge of emerging trends in security and information technology.
Ted joined ASX-listed Cipherpoint Limited as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in January 2017. Cipherpoint is a leading provider of cyber security services that implements industry best practice technology, tools and procedures to protect organisations and enable them to excel at their core business.
Most recently, Ted was a senior adviser at Macquarie Capital, supporting principal investments in emerging companies, covering information governance, big data and analytics, security and encryption.
His career has included roles such as Managing Director of Technology Innovation and Product at Telstra Group, Chairman of Fujitsu Limited, Chairman of ASX-listed NEXTDC and RP Data Limited, Advisory Chairman of Tech Mahindra and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hills Limited.

Steven Bliim
Non-Executive Director
Steven is the Non-Executive Director at Cipherpoint. With over 12 years of experience in both Australia and the US, Steven is responsible for capital planning and forecasting, treasury management, global financial reporting and statutory compliance. Since joining the company in 2012, he has played a key role in the group’s expansion into the US, UK and Europe, along with the reverse acquisition of Prime Minerals Limited and subsequent re-listing of the company on the ASX in November 2014.
Prior to joining the company, Steven worked in business services and tax advisory for over seven years, consulting primarily to small-to-medium enterprises and primary production businesses. Steven is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from the University of South Australia.

Hugh Stodart
CTO
Hugh is an experienced and outcome-focused product portfolio manager with substantial expertise in security services and solutions for enterprise, small business and government.
At Cipherpoint, he is responsible for the group technology strategy and product portfolio. Through logical, market-focused analysis, Hugh sets and implements the strategy for new products, manages the lifecycle and optimisation of existing solutions, and is accountable for the revenue and profitability of the group companies.
Prior to this role, Hugh managed Telstra’s enterprise security product portfolio for 15 years and drove the development of managed and cloud services from inception to a broad portfolio. Additionally, he spent time within Telstra Research and Development Management, commercialising intellectual property developed by Telstra, and Telstra Ventures (a venture capital subsidiary) where he evaluated investment opportunities and managed seed capital investments for start-ups.
Hugh began his career as a graduate with the Defence Signals Directorate, an intelligence agency within the Australian Department of Defence, and then worked for the Privacy Commission as a research officer. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Australian National University, and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Tom is an Chartered Accountant with a deep finance and strategy experience in technology and telecommunications companies.
Beginning his career with global chartered accounting firms Deloitte and PwC, Tom has specialised in accounting, and in technology and risk consulting.
Tom has worked in senior finance and commercial roles in large organisations including Telstra, Vodafone, and Singtel Optus. He has also developed his financial control experience in smaller technology companies.
Tom’s international experience with Vodafone Group, Asurion, Singtel Optus and PwC support the ambitions of Cipherpoint.
In addition to his Chartered Accounting qualifications, Tom has also completed an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Post Grad Diploma in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and also the graduated the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
